• See how the most delicious UKRAINIAN DRANIKS are born, and cook them yourself ⠀
• For dessert, we will teach you to create the thinnest PANCAKES or the most delicious sweet VARENIKI (your choice)
And of course, after cooking all of that we will complete our master class with a real Ukrainian dinner accompanied by fragrant national drinks: vodka, wine or liqueur.

OR GREEN BORSCH
Green borscht is a colorful, native Ukrainian dish, where else would you find sorrel? My family never wrote his recipe. Moms were cooked like grandmothers, and they were like great-grandmothers, the main thing is taste and color: borsch with sorrel should be very green and sufficiently sour. Want to try?
MAIN CORSE - DRANIKI
There are several dishes that you MUST taste in Kyiv, and one of them is DERUNS.
If you want to take our Ukrainian recipe with you, first of all, you need to know a few secrets, for example:
-Young potato for pancakes is not suitable,
-Lipe peeled potatoes should be finely grated in turn with onions. Then the mixture will not darken.

In Kyiv you can visit the “Kiev Food & Wine Festival”, where you can see and taste Ukrainian wines from the manufacturers: Colonist, Kotnar, Chizay, Beykush, Trubetskoy Wines, and “Inkerman” and others. But during our master-class, we will also digitate a few different wine types..
Hi, my name is Valentina and I am professional guide, mom and hostess!) I will show my family recipes and secrets so you will bring home not only magnets but also incredible experience and knowledge.
We will cook at my house kitchen. Here we will have everything we need. And you will also see the real family atmosphere during our dinner! We will have enough space to cook and to degust ate everything that we will make.
Perfect group size for this cooking class is 4 people. Everyone will try themselves in cooking and we will make t quite fast. Of course it is possible to make mc for smaller company. But we will have to do more with our own hands!)
